Martin serves as “Lacrosse Education Director” for the governing body of youth lacrosse in MA. His main focus is creating educational resources and providing both in person and virtual training for coaches and players.

Formerly an assistant coach, Martin is now serving as “Mental Skills Coach” for SMC Men’s Lacrosse. His focus is preparing presentations both in person and virtually to enhance the development of the team.

Martin recently spoke to the Men’s Lacrosse team at Endicott College. He utiized his core principles to maximize the impact made in just 1 session.
