Martin is more than just a speaker & coach

I have been so blessed with an athletic and coaching career, healthy children and amazing family.

As a youth, I was the class clown and obsessed with my sport (lacrosse). Shouts to all my teachers and coaches for encouraging me and helping me understand the importance of growing my skills, mindset, and relationships!

As passionate as I am about speaking and coaching and sharing my story and knowledge, I also love to spend time with my family, going on adventures in nature, hanging out with friends, and also going to the gym! I am blessed to have the opportunity to improve the lives of others, but it all starts with making sure that I am aligned myself so that I can pour into others from a full cup!

Taking the road less traveled…

Since retiring from professional lacrosse in 2019, Martin has embarked on a journey of healing and self knowledge. By investing time and energy into his own well being, he has acquired an entirely new set of skills that he uses to add value to others!

Not many sports coaches promote breathing techniques, meditation, and vulnerability. However, these unique approaches are what makes Martins message so powerful. Growing up into late into his 20’s, Martin was very much a “jock.”

Since learning more about the power of the breath and the mind, Martin has learned to silence the ego and to teach others the value of doing the same.

Many times in life, we are our own worst enemy. It is critical that we gain skills that help us to tame the mind and live our truest and best life, enjoying the journey along the way!!

Master Pritchett, founder of San Da JiuJitsu Do, has had a profound impact on Martin’s life. Teaching him to stay true to himself and to live by the principals of discipline, accountability, and focus.
